All Sales Are Final<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by HashDeploy, all sales are considered final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ASIC miners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mining hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power supplies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Networking equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hosting services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulting services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deployment services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special-order products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulk orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wholesale orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Non-Refundable Items<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are non-refundable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservation fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hosting setup fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulting fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special-order equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-configured equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment ordered specifically for a customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping and handling charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment processing fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Order Cancellations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders may not be cancelled once:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment has been processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inventory has been allocated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment has been ordered from suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping preparations have begun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment has shipped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If HashDeploy agrees to a cancellation request, any approved refund may be subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier cancellation fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restocking fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banking charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Shipping and Delivery<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for ensuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accurate shipping information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct delivery address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability to receive shipments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refused Deliveries<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers who refuse delivery of an order may be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return shipping charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restocking fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier return charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any refund, if approved, shall be at HashDeploy&#8217;s sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Damaged Shipments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to report shipping damage within this period may result in denial of claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may be required to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photographs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Manufacturer Defects<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy does not manufacture mining equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manufacturer warranties, when available, remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy may assist customers with warranty claims but does not guarantee manufacturer approval, replacement, repair, or reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Return Authorization (RMA)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No product may be returned without prior written authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized returns may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be refused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be returned to sender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be discarded after reasonable notice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incur additional handling fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return authorization numbers must be clearly displayed on approved returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Opened or Used Equipment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mining equipment that has been:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Powered on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configured<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overclocked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repaired by unauthorized parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">May not be eligible for return or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Hosting Services<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hosting-related fees are non-refundable once:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equipment has been deployed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rack space has been reserved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrastructure resources have been allocated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service activation has occurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Downtime, maintenance windows, network interruptions, or market conditions do not create entitlement to refunds unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Cryptocurrency Payments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All cryptocurrency payments are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy cannot reverse, recover, or cancel cryptocurrency transactions once received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds, if approved, may be issued in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The original cryptocurrency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An alternative cryptocurrency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>United States Dollars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At HashDeploy&#8217;s sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Market gains or losses occurring after payment shall not be the responsibility of HashDeploy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Fraud Prevention<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraud is suspected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identity verification fails<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment disputes occur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargeback abuse is detected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False information is provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Criminal Activity and Policy Violations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If HashDeploy reasonably believes that a customer has engaged in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Money laundering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sanctions violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cybercrime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized access activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any unlawful conduct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy may immediately terminate services, cancel accounts, deny refund requests, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers terminated for violations of law or company policies shall not be entitled to refunds, credits, reimbursements, or compensation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers agree to contact HashDeploy before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Account termination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collections activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recovery of attorney fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recovery of administrative expenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy reserves all legal remedies available under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Exceptions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HashDeploy reserves the right, but not the obligation, to grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any exception granted in one instance shall not create a precedent or obligation for future transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16.
