Managed hosting at 5.5 cents all in, near the West Coast of USA starting February. 1MW minimum. 7MW maximum. Non refundable $200k per MW required up front 3 months before power is turned on. $200k does not go towards power usage. In addition to the one-time $200k per MW upfront payment, the 1st and last month’s power costs are due 15 days before miners are turned on. Minimum contract length is 3 years.
