HashDeploy does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Hosted equipment may be disconnected immediately if it presents safety, legal, operational, or financial risks.

11. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use HashDeploy products or services for:

  • Fraud
  • Theft
  • Money laundering
  • Terrorist financing
  • Sanctions evasion
  • Market manipulation
  • Unauthorized access to systems
  • Malware deployment
  • Illegal cryptocurrency activity
  • Any unlawful conduct

HashDeploy reserves the right to investigate suspected violations.

12. Immediate Termination

HashDeploy may immediately suspend or terminate:

  • Accounts
  • Orders
  • Hosting services
  • Consulting agreements
  • Customer relationships

Without notice if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Criminal activity is suspected
  • False information is provided
  • Chargeback abuse occurs
  • Regulatory concerns arise
  • Terms are violated

13. No Refunds Following Violation

Any customer terminated due to:

  • Fraud
  • Criminal conduct
  • Misrepresentation
  • Terms violations

Shall not be entitled to refunds, credits, reimbursements, or compensation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact HashDeploy before initiating payment disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Collections activity
  • Legal action
  • Recovery of attorney fees
  • Recovery of administrative costs

HashDeploy reserves all legal remedies.

15. Sanctions Compliance

Customers represent and warrant that they are not:

  • Subject to economic sanctions
  • Listed on prohibited-party lists
  • Located in embargoed jurisdictions

HashDeploy reserves the right to terminate services immediately to comply with sanctions regulations.

16. Right to Refuse Service

HashDeploy reserves the right to refuse service, reject orders, terminate relationships, and cancel transactions at any time for any lawful reason.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashDeploy shall not be liable for:

18. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless HashDeploy, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Customer conduct

  • Mining activities
  • Violations of law
  • Violations of these Terms

19. Force Majeure

HashDeploy shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from:

  • Government action
  • Utility failures
  • Internet outages
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor disputes
  • Acts beyond reasonable control

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

Customers waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.

21. Governing Law
