At HashDeploy, we strive to provide quality products and services while maintaining transparent business practices. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment, market volatility, and rapid hardware depreciation, the following Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases.
1. All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by HashDeploy, all sales are considered final.
This includes but is not limited to:
- ASIC miners
- Mining hardware
- Power supplies
- Networking equipment
- Hosting services
- Consulting services
- Deployment services
- Special-order products
- Bulk orders
- Wholesale orders
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Deposits
- Reservation fees
- Hosting setup fees
- Consulting fees
- Administrative fees
- Special-order equipment
- Custom-configured equipment
- Equipment ordered specifically for a customer
- Software licenses
- Digital products
- Shipping and handling charges
- Payment processing fees
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once:
- Payment has been processed
- Inventory has been allocated
- Equipment has been ordered from suppliers
- Shipping preparations have begun
- Equipment has shipped
If HashDeploy agrees to a cancellation request, any approved refund may be subject to:
- Administrative fees
- Processing fees
- Supplier cancellation fees
- Restocking fees
- Banking charges
4. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate shipping information
- Correct delivery address
- Availability to receive shipments
HashDeploy is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.
5. Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of an order may be responsible for:
- Return shipping charges
- Carrier fees
- Restocking fees
- Administrative fees
- Supplier return charges
Any refund, if approved, shall be at HashDeploy’s sole discretion.
6. Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
Failure to report shipping damage within this period may result in denial of claims.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Photographs
- Shipping labels
- Packaging materials
- Carrier documentation
7. Manufacturer Defects
HashDeploy does not manufacture mining equipment.
Manufacturer warranties, when available, remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
HashDeploy may assist customers with warranty claims but does not guarantee manufacturer approval, replacement, repair, or reimbursement.
8. Return Authorization (RMA)
No product may be returned without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may:
- Be refused
- Be returned to sender
- Be discarded after reasonable notice
- Incur additional handling fees
Return authorization numbers must be clearly displayed on approved returns.
9. Opened or Used Equipment
Mining equipment that has been:
- Powered on
- Installed
- Configured
- Modified
- Overclocked
- Repaired by unauthorized parties
May not be eligible for return or refund.
10. Hosting Services
Hosting-related fees are non-refundable once:
- Equipment has been deployed
- Rack space has been reserved
- Infrastructure resources have been allocated
- Service activation has occurred
Downtime, maintenance windows, network interruptions, or market conditions do not create entitlement to refunds unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
11. Cryptocurrency Payments
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions:
All cryptocurrency payments are final.
HashDeploy cannot reverse, recover, or cancel cryptocurrency transactions once received.
Refunds, if approved, may be issued in:
- The original cryptocurrency
- An alternative cryptocurrency
- United States Dollars
At HashDeploy’s sole discretion.
Market gains or losses occurring after payment shall not be the responsibility of HashDeploy.
12. Fraud Prevention
HashDeploy reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations if:
- Fraud is suspected
- Identity verification fails
- Payment disputes occur
- Chargeback abuse is detected
- False information is provided
13. Criminal Activity and Policy Violations
If HashDeploy reasonably believes that a customer has engaged in:
- Fraud
- Money laundering
- Sanctions violations
- Theft
- Cybercrime
- Unauthorized access activities
- Any unlawful conduct
HashDeploy may immediately terminate services, cancel accounts, deny refund requests, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.
Customers terminated for violations of law or company policies shall not be entitled to refunds, credits, reimbursements, or compensation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact HashDeploy before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Account termination
- Collections activity
- Legal action
- Recovery of attorney fees
- Recovery of administrative expenses
HashDeploy reserves all legal remedies available under applicable law.
15. Exceptions
HashDeploy reserves the right, but not the obligation, to grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Any exception granted in one instance shall not create a precedent or obligation for future transactions.
